Welcome to the debut of the new UWE Power 10. Look up this part of the website each week to see which UWE Superstar (and the occasional Diva) had the best week both in the ring and out of it.

1. RYAN STARR - There's no denying that Ryan Starr had a Halloween he would want to remember. Earlier in the night he and his tag team partner Dirty Drew Reynolds staved off the challenge of the Death Trance Slayers, and then he followed that up with another successful title defense against Steve Norton, retaining his status as UWE's Top Dog and Top Champion.

2. JOKER - Joker walked into Halloween Hell with one title belt and walked out with two, defeating the Asher Godfre in an epic Spoils of War match, netting him not only his International Championship, but also the Hardcore Championship. Becoming the second man in the company holding two titles at this time, Joker's sure to aim higher next time around. Ryan Starr's just there.

3. CHRYSTIE - In what could be her only week on the new UWE Power 10, Chrystie put up a fight and showed that she is the Top UWE Diva, even when the division is about to be decommissioned. Successfully defending her Divas Championship one last time in what could be her last match ever, she walked out of Halloween Hell with the fan's appreciation and a new job: Rapture's General Manager.

4. DIRTY DREW - Dirty Drew also had a fun night at Halloween Hell. He successfully defended the Tag Team Titles with Ryan Starr, helped attack Dante Nathaniel before the start of his match with fellow Horseman Brandon Sorrow, and was just as instrumental for Ryan Starr's title defense during the main event. Drew really was one busy beaver.

5. BOB SCHTICKLY - It's only been a while since Bob Schtickly made his UWE debut, but he's been on a roll, winning the UWE Hardcore Championship in his first month. And now, he's lined up for another championship shot after defeating David Stone for the #1 contendership for the International Championship. Joker should be on notice.

6. RIKTER CAINE - He started the Horsemen's winning streak at Halloween Hell with a decisive pinfall victory over Asylum.

7. STEVE NORTON - He may have lost his title match, but that doesn't mean he's sliding down the totem pole any time soon.

8. ASHER GODFRE - Losing his first singles title in an epic match, Godfre has to find it within himself to bounce back and up these rankings.

9. RAVE - After weeks of struggling, Rave finally managed to squeeze out a win, and at a pay-per-view no less, beating Rabbi Tobin Brown.

10. BRANDON SORROW - The Horsemen are doing well as a unit, but Sorrow's the one who did the least this week. Will he prove he can hang with the rest?
